| How can I be sure of
the quality and ease of use of your spit roast machines?
Please take a look at the following images and explanations. |
| |
|
How heavy is our spit roast machine?
If you're worried about the weight of our machine, bring
along a nine year old boy to handle it for you! We do!
Seriously though, it is designed for easy handling and will
fit through standard doors and gates - so you can take it
virtually anywhere. |
|
How robust is our machine?
1. We have used aviation quality
wheels on our machines - these are fitted to microlights
carrying - and landing - up to 3 people. They'll GET you down,
but not LET you down.
Machines built by our competitors use cheaper, weaker wheels
though of similar appearance, so
be careful when buying. |
 |
2. We have used food quality, unpainted
stainless steel throughout. Test our machine with a magnet
and it will not stick as it would to ordinary, painted stainless
steel, which we know the majority of our compeition use.
And why paint? The answer there is it's
to protect the lower quality steel - and it looks good, doesn't
it? Unfortunately, the paint does not last long, especially
after a couple or more hot cooks & cleans!!
|

|
You can put a little caustic soda on our machines, wait
a while, then hose off - you'll save hours on cleaning and
have a machine that looks as good in a few years time as it
does today.
Ordinary, painted stainless steel will soon rust
and look shoddy - check the "2nd user" pages of
some of our competitors' websites to check that. Our machine
is built to last and look good for many, many years, not one
season. |
 |
3. The burners have been thoroughly tested
under laboratory conditions using a variety of gases under
widely differing pressures, not only for even and reliable
cooking - but for your safety and for the safety
of your customers.
You can be sure of an even, blue flame along the length
of the cooking area and a greatly reduced risk of mishap. |
 |
4. We have also ensured the spit itself
is driven directly by the integral, battery powered motor
as can be seen here - less moving parts means less to go wrong.
|
 |
What about power?
Ours is one of the few machines with its own electricity
supply - an integral, long life, leisure facility model, so
there's no need to be near a mains supply or to have to hand
crank the spit for the five hours cooking time of a large
pig. Our battery will power all the way through the cooking
process - so you can concentrate on getting everything else
ready.
Even charging the battery is simple. Plug into the mains,
connect the charger plug and let it re-energise. No need to
lug it out of the machine, it's all done in-situ. |
 |
But how can we prove the quality is as we say it
is?
Enlarge the image to the right and you'll see our machines
are "CE" marked - we have had to
design to the highest quality to achieve the CE rating. Few
others have bothered to go that far. If you care for your
own safety and that of your customers, you'll insist on quality.
You'll also see our simple, easily read operating instructions
printed there.
|
 |
In a nutshell, we are absolutely
convinced of the quality of our machines and that quality
speaks for itself.
"What you pays for, you gets and if you buy
purely on price, you'll surely pay twice!" |
